Skiing Mt. Norquay
The third member of SkiBig3, 5 minutes from Banff town, and Banff's only night skiing. Small but with genuine expert chutes that earn the "Canadian Steeps" name.
Terrain by Level
Beginners: Cascade learning area has gentle runs. Smaller scale is less intimidating than Sunshine or Lake Louise.
Intermediates: Spirit Chair accesses groomed terrain with views of the Bow Valley.
Advanced: North American Chair accesses the Canadian Steeps — genuine double-black terrain with chutes and cliff bands. Surprisingly serious for this size. Find an instructor →
